A little bit of how I got here…

Motherhood demanded a deeper integrity than anything I had been taught before.

Not all at once, and not through clarity—but through an ache I couldn’t ignore. A deep, persistent yearning to do better, to be better, to give my children something I couldn’t yet name. It lived in my body as pressure, as restlessness, as questions that wouldn’t let me sleep.

I didn’t set out to live by my own code.
I uncovered it slowly—through years of excavation. Through unraveling beliefs, watching my reactions, questioning what I had inherited, and listening carefully to what motherhood was asking of me.

I was trained to understand the body through science, energy and the quantum field. I hold a B.S. in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from UCSB (2002), and I’ve been a California Licensed Acupuncturist since 2008. For years, I worked clinically with stress, pain, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation—learning firsthand how the nervous system responds not to intention, but to environment.

But it was motherhood that reorganized everything I thought I knew about safety, success, and love.

Motherhood stripped theory of its usefulness. It revealed where I was functioning instead of inhabiting my life. Where I was managing instead of trusting. Where I was unconsciously outsourcing certainty—to systems, achievement, control, even healing itself.

I came to understand something fundamental:

Children do not experience our effort.
They experience our presence.

And presence is not a mindset.
It is a physiological, mental-emotional state.

My work lives at the intersection of body, mind, and soul because that is where truth revealed itself to me—not in perfection, but in regulation. Not in control, but in trust. Not in performance, but in embodiment.

I believe deeply in God, in a Higher Power, and in Divine Intelligence—not as abstract concepts, but as lived realities. Higher Power taught me that I am not in control, and that I am allowed to ask for help. Divine Intelligence is what I witness moving through the body, through astrology, through synchronicity, through the precise orchestration of life when we stop interfering and begin listening.

Astrology became a language of orientation rather than prediction—a way to understand the soul’s curriculum and the timing of growth without judgment. Chinese medicine grounded that understanding in the body, showing me that calm must be biologically possible before it can be chosen.

Over time, this work stopped being something I practiced.
It became something I lived.

What I offer now is not a method for fixing yourself or your family.

It is an orientation.

I work with mothers who sense—often quietly—that the emotional environment matters more than perfection. Women who feel the strain of holding everything together, and who are ready to stop gripping long enough to inhabit their lives from the inside out.

Motherhood, marriage, money, and purpose are not separate domains. They are mirrors. When the nervous system stabilizes, relationships reorganize. When vigilance softens, purpose emerges. When trust returns to the body, provision flows differently.

This is the work I offer.

Not to tell you who to be—
but to help you become the environment you and your children are living uniquely within.

How This Work Lives Now

This philosophy is embodied most clearly in The Sacred Art of Motherhood—a self-paced orientation space designed to support presence, regulation, and trust without pressure, performance, or fixing.

It is an invitation to return to yourself, your undeniably unique self. This orientation takes you deeper into you- not me or my path- your path, your motherhood.

A Note on Integrity & Practice

My work is informed by:

  • Clinical experience as a Licensed Acupuncturist

  • Scientific training in human development and systems

  • Evolutionary Astrology and nervous system literacy

  • Faith in God, Higher Power, and Divine Intelligence

  • Lived embodiment through motherhood

I live what I teach.
And I teach only what I have lived.

If you feel resonance here, The Sacred Art of Motherhood is the place where this work is held with care and clarity.

It is a quiet threshold—not a performance space.
You will know if it is for you.
